I needed to go to Romeo’s to pick up some ingredients for the weekend’s menus, and lo and behold, look what I found just before I checked out:
That’s right–imported Tipo 00 flour straight from Italy, the ideal base for fresh pasta. We’re having friends over tomorrow to show them how to make ravioli; while this was not a planned purchase, it will make the finished product all the more delicious.
