Are those…homemade (or is it house-made? More on that later) French fries? Seriously? Seriously?
Oh yes. I stood by the stove, fire extinguisher at the ready as we don’t have a FryDaddy, and watched as Michael deftly made us fries to complete Saturday’s moules frites out of our French oven. I took over when it came to properly seasoning them; and did I do the proper toss-the-fries-in-the-bowl maneuver? Oh yes.
